Why do I need guts to do this? It's just a bunch of questions.

No.

For, in the case of rape. Too much of today's single-minded human trash wouldn't give a second thought to sexing everybody up, then having an abortion if things go wrong.

No.
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
Yes. Kill them all.
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
No. Never.
[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
I have no personal viewpoint, seeing as I'll most likely never be married. However, I wouldn't say I'm either for or against it. While I'm not going to shout out "Yea, do it! SEEEEEXXXXX!!!!", I'd only hope that people know how to make decisions wisely based on their circumstances. Not everybody does all the time, and there's nothing wrong with that. But I can't forgive people that willingly don't give these things a second thought.

I believe in the possibility of God.
[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
It doesn't matter to me. I don't care if it is or isn't. It currently is in California, though Proposition 8 is being pushed to overturn the Supreme Court's decision. I honestly hope it fails, as I'd hate to take away what happiness these people just gained, especially under the pretenses of people who just don't want to accept a society shift.
[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
Yes.
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
No. Adoption.
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
No. There's no legal age for idiots.

I have no moral answer for this. If it's illegal, the law will say so, not my opinion.
