Unfortunately every good time will end. So also does the fair. It was a great time full of new experiences (can't remember WHEN I was the last time every day on the fair and with another one/s), some bad but the most very good memories. Jennis visit was simply great, she really made the last days to an whole adventure. Not only because the fair we both did a lot of other stuff and more then one time I felt like I was back in my own teeny-age. Awesome!
Well, Jenni and Andy left this noon. First we've got another plan but after the weather chanced and Jenni wasn't so good and the both have a long way to drive we decided they left after lunch. When they have tried to go earlier I have no idea what I've done with all the Stoofvles (belgian national dish). After they left I was online for a short time. The result is the previous entry *sigh*.
So, I don't spent so much time on the fair. And I don't have much pics this time but a few which I have not shared with you. Some because they are not fair-related, some other because ... mh, don't really know why. They did not fit into the last entries I think.
Here they are, the last few pics from the fair. Like always the explanation is following. I hope you enjoy:
1. Another view from the top of the wall into the city.
2. Last meters to one of the entries to the fair at the old knacker
3. Reflections on a window.
4. Live act at the medieval market. The boys were good - and funny LOL.
5. Stupidness. Horrible prices for ... okay goods. But one mini-gemtree for 40 Euro? Ahm, I make them much cheaper *blink*
6. Another horrible price. 20 Euro for a fairy light because of the covering. Wow!
7. Impression from the top of the wall.
8. Night in Soest.
9. One of the old restored houses behind the wall.
10. Rain and ivy with a street-light.
11. New Thomae by night. No, you see right, the staple is wonky (you will see in a future entry with a pic taken by day)
12. The two staples of the Wiesen-church by night. Interesting, for the moment only one have lights.
And here it ends. This was my last fair-entry. I hope you enjoyed the lastt days and that I have made you a little curious about this event. As my own advertiser for my hometown I will envite you to the next fair. Be sure, you will enjoy it!
