Top songs meme
At the request of anjylle here are my top six songs at the moment:
1) Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb
2) Faith No More - Everything's Ruined
3) Pink Floyd - Childhood's End
4) Opeth - Blackwater Park
5) The Mad Capsule Markets - Mustard
6) Icon of Coil - Headhunter
1) is always there, because I love it.
2) for some reason always makes me happy, it's a fairly miserable song, but it always cheers me up. Perhaps I should think a bit more about that...
3) More Floyd and another great song
4) Has some absolutely amazing riffs; the bit where it comes back after the quiet bit is awesome in the truest sense of the word.
5) Rar! MCM back when they were a lot more punky. Packed with energy, you get the feeling they could actually explode halfway through the song. I would love to play this live. If I was in a band. A punk band. And had a gig. And could sing in Japanese. Hmm, maybe next year.
6)Was so good when I saw it live. I listen to it quite a lot, especially if I am walking somewhere.
