Rent Update
It seems the apartment complex is up for sale and they have a contract to up all rent to a minimum price and the $700/month is the minimum price for mine. I guess there are quite a few people who are leaving because of this. So I have to find a new place to move into by May 1 or move back in with my mother, an option I absolutely dread. As much as it would save me money and I love my mom, between the smoking, being an extra half hour dive away from everything into a small conservative city with little in it, and her being homophobic and VERY Roman Catholic, I would hate living there. I would only do that if I ended up with no other option.
