Warning: Lots of pictures. Teeter Totter!!

I did a whole lot more with the files/papers all morning then food shopping. Spent $160 I haven't done that in a while. It had been so long I could see the back of our freezer. I had to toss all the nasty stuff we'd had in there for a month at least. Yuck! It made the garbage really stinky and heavy when Aaron took it down later. Thanks Bear!
That also inspired me to start writing the date on the tin foil or plastic wrap on the leftovers before putting them in the fridge. That way they'll get eaten and we'll stop wasting food. Bonus!

After dinner we decided to take a trip out to Greenway Park. Huge park. That first shot is Aaron on the "safe" teeter totter. It only goes up or down maybe 3 feet because its all set on 4 huge springs. I remember teeter totters being huge and wild. Being able to "cherry bump" people when you hit the bottom so they flip a little off the seat at the top. It feels so crazy. This one was made to hold 4. As a kid I remember trying to put 3 or 4 on one to balance it out. We actually had a lot of giggling childish fun on the safe teeter totter.
That next shot is this huge grassy area with all these little dead patches of grass with little tree seedlings planted in the middle. Our best guess was they killed the grass around them so the baby trees would have a chance. It made for an interesting photograph.

Aaron doing Tai Chi ok just kidding he was losing his balance.
As we were walking to this little exercise area we heard these big flapping wings that sounded really close. We turn and see this huge blue heron flapping right past us. I was too stunned to get my camera out in time. It was just beautiful!

This is me right before I went down into a somersault on the bar. ;)
I loved this park for all the paved walking paths and huge wooden bridges over little sluggish streams. It was fun to walk around and see all the people playing frisbee golf. Who knew so many people liked that?

I swear no one ever realizes how much fun Aaron is. He is mostly serious around people but he gets so hilarious when its just the two of us.
We also saw some kids hanging out on the playground equipment smoking with their dog. I always feel bad for people who have pets/kids and smoke. Its not like the kids or pets have any choice about it.

We found this really odd pedaling machine. You pedal with your hands and feet. Really awkward. I mean it look at me on it.

The caption is me saying "This is made for people with no boobs!"

Thats me going wild on the peddler. ;)
After the nearly two hour walk around the park we got Coldstone and watched Star Trek: First Contact.
