project diary - day 16

Doing this from my phone.
1st my flight gets cancelled due to bad storms in Chicago.
2nd the plane coming from Providence for 1hr later gets delayed because of said storms.
3rd the flight crew from Rochester gets delayed 2hrs due to said storm.
In between they kept moving us from gate to gate to gate to gate.
And it's hot.as.fricking.Hell here! By 5:30 I had wilted. Took a shower & thought abt going to.the outdoor Oklahoma National Memorial, but I was too fricking tired. Maybe tomorrow aft work.
At least I have a king-sized bed.
Went to Applebee's for dinner. Forgot my cash. Had to leave my driver's license while I drove back to the hotel to pick it up. Left the waiter a $10 tip as a Thank You, on a $12 bill.
As far as work, it's a lot to take in. Tomorrow learning WOP, meeting w/warehouse mgr, production mgr, and purchasing mgr.
