283 Shades of Grey

And thus it has happened again. Yet again I have teachers telling me to be quiet in class, to not speak up and ask questions cause apparently I’m not asking the right questions.

What is it about teachers that do not like those who think from other viewpoints. Maybe its just that I’m annoying, or a pain in the ass, but none the less how can you not speculate what might have happened if they did x instead of y.

We study history to learn from it and not make the same mistakes, what exactly is it about that though that causes us the problems we have. If you cannot learn from the past, then you are bound to repeat it in the future. This is my blog for the day. These are the thoughts goin through my overly curious mind. So instead of paying attention in class I’m forced to right this.

I sit and try to understand what goes on in this world, but when it comes to stuff like this for those who do not want to repeat the mistakes of the past, and who want to make a better future, I feel stifled. Is not history itself more speculation than fact. How many sources have said x about something only to find out that y was right. Winston Churchill once said “History is written by the victors.” So tell me, for those of us that try to understand the grey matter of history, the real history, the part that you ARE forced to study to find your own truth.

How much of history has been lost, because of being forced to not explore and expand and check out your own theories.

History is a matter of perspective, but one perspective is still just an opinion. In order to get true prospective you must get thoughts from others from all walks of life. This is sad, I’m ignore my favorite class because of what I was told.

Am I to smart, I guess so, I guess there is something wrong with studying history.

*Sigh* not feeling able to participate, I’m falling asleep, talk about counter productive.

Nice, I have slept for about 10-15 minutes so far.
