(no subject)
steve and lindsey visited last weekend from chicago. it was a short stay, but i think we saw a lot of LA. we went to the getty center, santa monica pier + 3rd st promenade, la brea tar pits and bowling in k-town on sat. sunday, we spent the whole day at disneyland. it was fun and good to see them after all this time.
new years eve was alright. the holidays were alright. pretty busy, but nothing too eventful.
i've been catsitting the past two weeks!
he plays fetch! it's amazing. but he's going back this tuesday. :(
last night was the nature of water show at nucleus, in which i had a piece. the show is themed around bruce lee and his philosophies. bruce's daughter, shannon, was in attendance! so was dustin nguyen from 21 jump street. hehehe. thank you to everyone who came out!

the best part was when nellie showed up and gave me this awesome scarf she knit for me! thanks!!! i kind of saw it on her lj, but i didn't know it was for me and it is even more amazing in person:

on an unrelated note, i heard from christine that she saw our friend sonja's brother, chris, wearing a nineja shirt the other night. he bought it and had no idea i designed it! that was a good feeling. things are going swell.
