If you want to dip your toes into publishing, I suggest short stories. They don't take up as much of your time, and you seem to write pretty quickly so this should be no problem for you. There are always calls out for magazine or anthology submissions for various genres.
Oh, I envy you with such a detailed plan already for 2017, especially with its emphasis on your own creativity and bonding time with your daughter. Happy New Year!
