(no subject)
UGHH! Finally! Chapter 7 of Gritty and Bleeding is done! It's only taken me 3 days to manage to finish the sex scene. I don't know why this one was so hard for me to do, but it was like pulling teeth to get it started. I think it helped when I sat down today and just reread what I had already written in the chapter. I was more in the Dean headspace and remembering what I was doing, why, and where I got the inspiration for this particular relationship helped. What didn't? How about the kids coming up and wanting to play just when the boys were finally getting naked??? Talk about bad timing! LOL! My muse was nice to me today though and when they kids were done with me I was still in the right place to finish it!
And I know.. you've only seen part one of this series. I posted part one to see if it went across well and I think it did. The rest though... I thought about it and about the time I was on chapter 6 realized I need to throw in some old fashion darkness and that means I need to add some scenes to make chapter 7 really stand out more I think. Or keep it from standing out. Not sure. Damn, these are the days I think I need to find myself a beta. :P
Anyway, chapter 7 is done and I only have two more chapters to go until it's over! Yeah! Then I can get back to My Brother's Keeper and the HPOE and anything else that comes into my head!
