There were a lot of things Dean and Eliot fought about.  A lot of things they didn’t like about one another but in the overall scheme of things, they tended to get past it.  As soon as he said those words though, the look in Dean’s eyes

Wow, you're really flushing the characters out. Backstories and everything. Each little bit you put up, I fall for the group all over again.

Thank you! This sort of came out of nowhere but it addresses the things in a small way that I don't normally touch on. I think John did his best, but I also think by the time Dean was old enough to get into trouble he was old enough to know how to hide things well and John never knew how much he put his boys in danger. We see a hint of that with Sammy and the shtriga where a normal father wouldn't have brought his kids close to a children's soul sucking monster and just assumed it wouldn't dare come after them.

The more I write this series the more I want to delve into things so I think we'll continue to see things come up in small moments like that. LIke the moment in the car in Opposite Directions where Dean is trying to talk about how he feels. I really do love this series and think i'll probably be playing in it forever :P

And I know I still have more prompts! I have the see no evil one... am I missing any others? Not that bangs are out of the way (minus one edit job :P) I have some time to play again :P
