Someone inspire me to play with my dolls. I feel like I'm wasting them but I'm still too attached to all but the "temporaries" to actually give them up. Speaking of which how crap is the resale market? I'm not going to comic in doll form so any dolls I bought just for that purpose need to move out.

I am getting so tired of these closing Saturday and 7-hour closing Sunday shifts. SO TIRED! My entire weekend is wasted. And also next week I close after the DOLL MEETUP! My request off slip was "lost" again and so she "never got it" and I didn't get my day. I maybe request off one day a month and this is twice they were not given to me. FML ( Read more... )

I'm not selling my dolls or quitting or changing anything from how it is now. I've just sat and pondered and realized I'm falling out of the fad. Crobidoll Lance makes a sexy sexy girl, even if the neck is way small and the head perches like a bobble toy. A couple kips keep it's position, but from the side it looks funny since it's a big manly head scoop and a small B&G girly neck. Today was supposed to be a sew-day, but I decided to quit. I made Sascha a little dress, super simple, but the elastic in the chestband got stuck part way and I was so frustrated I almost cried. I am so slow about making these, but I had to make a new pattern for both the pants and the shirt. The 2nd outfit out of three for the BJDI contest from months ago. I'm a failure at speedy production on these.
