Days twelve and thirteen- Now with a Voice Post!
I'm doing day 12 → whatever tickles your fancy and day 13 → a fictional book together, because, let's face it, I might never finish this thing if I went one day at a time. Below is my first attempt at a voice post (it always drives me nuts how much high my voice sounds to everyone else, but, hey, hope you like it!). I am reading fromKate DiCamillo's latest book, The Magician's Elephant. It is a children's book, so I think it might be overlooked by a lot of people who'd love her prose. However, she is one of my favorite authors whose work inlcudes Because of Winn Dixie and The Tale of Desperuex among others. So...Chapter One...
