I find that mine is WAY SERIOUS. I'm kicking him into being more of a smartass because I have a feeling that playing him straight like this all the time makes him BORING. Geh.

He's a tough beast to balance out, I understand. ^^ I think you're doing well, although I'm not terribly familiar with movie verse.

It's pretty much the same as the showverse's first season, except for L wins (sorta) and Light dies because Ryuk got bored with him.

I mean, sure, L dies 23 days later, but those were some pretty epically packed days!

Also, I play movieverse because nobody else does, and it gives me a chance to play L in PB-Only games.

Those are good reasons! At least he has a good PB-option. There are scores of anime characters who would never translate properly to live action unless you like, used cosplay pictures for a PB choice.

Yeah, it's a hybrid strain of ebola and influenza. Highly contagious and deadly. He's immune because he's not able to die any way but the way the death set for him in the death note. He also meets Near and some lampshaded Mello-esque little girl, which are seriously the most adorable.

Yep. I'm not much of an anime fan anymore, though I used to be about a decade ago. I have never found a good PB for my two favorite anime characters other than L, so having a built in one for him is excellent.
