So today I was doing a side job at the boardwalk for a neighbor, and at lunch time I walked around the boardwalk and talked to people just for the hell of it. I met this drop dead gorgeous chick from County Kerry, Ireland and she and I had a decent conversation about Ireland and other small-talk kind of stuff. Before going back to work, she insists that I get her number (thank God it's a U.S. number lol) and give her a call sometime. So when I get back to where I'm staying, I text my best friend, telling him about this. The conversation went verbatim as follows:
Me: I just got off work now and I'm chillin.
Ronnie: You're gay
Me: This chick from Ireland gave me her number at the boardwalk.
Ronnie: It's called work, not play.
Me: Moral of the story: that's Ronnie's secret to staying single for 2+ years.
Ronnie: UMM NO
Ronnie: g2g
This summer might not turn out too bad after all haha.
