Freaker (kasjogren) inspired me with talk of a TURDUCKEN.
So, I am going to start a Super Bowl Weekend tradition of cooking a turducken... Anyone who is interested, let me know, and I'll post more info later in the week... But the game starts at 5:30 CST on Sunday, and we'll proabably plan on eating around halftime... So MARK IT ON YOUR CALENDAR!!
For those of you in the MPLS area, does anyone know of a good butcher that carries poultry?? I really don't want to do the deboning myself, so I'd like to buy them from a butcher that will do that for me...
