The first week of rs_games has been great, and I kind of want to rec every entry... They all deserve recognition - read, comment, vote :D

The Electric Fizzing Prick Pistols, or Whatever
Rating: PG-13 (for language)
Warnings: language/swearing, magical realism
Word Count: ~3900
Summary: Everyone is born with Words on their arm that connect them to their Soulmate. James finds his, Sirius had everything figured out back in First Year, Peter doesn’t talk to girls anyway, and Remus thinks he’d very much just like to put his earmuffs back on and disappear.
Why you should read this: This story has everything a good MWPP story should have. It's truly funny, all of the Marauders have their own unique voice, it's got inventive use of magic, and it has sweet and romantic moments.

* Summer to Your Heart
Rating: NC-17
Warnings: Angst and sex (and married!Remus having an affair, added by me)
Word Count: ~4800
Summary: They met years ago when they were young and unattached. But now that Remus is married, Sirius is only summer to his heart.
Why you should read this: This is sad and beautiful, and the mixed emotions and the bitterness is captured incredibly well.

* Le Songe
Rating: PG
Warnings: none
Word count: ~5400
Summary: At first there is nothing, then there is The Dream: a jumbled, fleeting scene blanketed in the same winter snow as the boyhood memories penned in fading ink.
Why you should read this: It's a BEAUTIFUL story! The writing is gorgeous, and it captures the various stages where we meet Sirius so wonderfully. The scenes from Azkaban are truly heartbreaking - this is so worth a read. And to the R/T fans on my flist - the R/S aspect here is very subtle, so there's no need getting squicked out ;)

* (In Other Words) I Love You
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: Some schmoop, probably a few clichés, and several references to one Mr. Frank Sinatra.
Word Count: ~14,000
Summary: When Sirius wakes up the morning after Frank and Alice Longbottom’s wedding, there are several thoughts vying for attention in the early morning fog of his brain. I am never drinking again, weddings are utterly insane, and fuck I would kill for cup of coffee right now are discarded, however, when Sirius’s eye lands on five inky-black letters scrawled on his forearm.
Why you should read this: So well-written, so funny, so good characterization - this is the perfect feel-good AU!
