(no subject)
Today was a shit day. Virtually no one in the village due to rain of doom, plus the computer at work was being a bastard and I didn't get a lot of writing done. :(
However!
Doctor Who times make life more bearable. :)
Today's episode was... interesting. I think my main problem with bringing the Silurians back is that there really isn't a lot you can do with them. It was the same story as The Silurians and The C-Devils, essentially. A lot of meetings and people making friends only to be pwned by a rebellious Silurian sect.
That said, it felt like a neat episode and people who have never seen those two other stories will probably find it interesting. I did kind of like the stuff with the dead Silurian and Rory's worried face.
Not a lot else to talk about this story. Oh, apart from CELERY!
Was that really 50 minutes? Apparently so. That's a good thing, I suppose. That it went so quick!
Then there was Rory's random death of random. Crack in the wall returns to nom him. Amy tries to remember but then forgets. That was kind of heart breaking. I liked Rory and now only the Doctor remembers him.
And then...
DUN DUN DDDDUUUUNNNN! The crack has also nomed a bit of the TARDIS. Or did the TARDIS cause the explosion? :o
Nuuu! I hope not! D:
Anyway...
Tomorrow I will try and do some work... TRY!
