Christmas Vaca
Well, I'm on vacation right now although it doesn't really feel like vacation...I have been getting very little sleep and I am not feeling well. I have done some fun stuff though such as snowboarding and writing an efficiency plan for my company. I know, I'm sick...I actually do find writing the plan to be fun.
I saw The Two Towers last night- I give it an A. I would have given it an A+ but they left out a very exciting part at the end. The book had one more little adventure involving a big spider- Throughout the movie, Samwise Gamgee becomes more and more courageous and while Frodo becomes weaker Sam shows that he is really brave and that he is now the strong character. The scene with the spider would have perfectly completed Sam's progression showing the ultimate strength and bravery by taking responsibility for the ring when Frodo is rendered helpless. Anyway, the rest of the movie is great. I must say that they did a great job with Smeagol- and Massive really is incredible.
I just ate two big lobsters for dinner- yum!
I will write about my plane ride from hell at a later time. I can't think about it yet without wanting to throw myself in front of a train.
