Well today marks the start of a diet and eventuall healthy eating plan here at Dale Street. With Graham determined to lose the stone or so he's put on in the last 3/4 months and me feeling uncomfortable in clothes that fitted perfectly at the beginning of the year, we've decided to do this together - dragging our housemate along for the ride too. We'll be exercising as well but the food is the first thing to change - G and I are hitting the supermarket later to stock up.
So it's time to cut back the carbs, stop eating so much crap and lose the bad habits - wish me luck everyone.
Current Weight: 11 stone, 5 .
Target Weight: 10 stone 6.
