Text Adding in a Layout

My layout to this roleplay journal is great, but I have no idea how to add text to the box left of links and tags. Help?

I'm pretty sure that's just the Blurb section. In which case, you just have to go into your "Customise this layout" section and enter text into the spot that says "blurb". Not too much of an HTML thing. (That's if that is a blurb, though. ;\)
