The moral of this picture? Just because the plastic containers you bought are oven safe does not mean they will hold up if you take them out of the oven and then SET THEM ON A HOT STOVE BURNER. That's right, I did it. Cost? A fair bit of crying, $5 for the ruined container, $25.95 plus tax for a new burner, and $15 for a fast-food dinner that night. Don't let this happen to you!
