Well, Friday, we're off on a fun-filled eleven-hour road trip to my aunt and uncle's house for Memorial Day weekend.  I can't wait, since we only do this once a year and Mom thoroughly needs this.  This is her only sister and they talk on the phone at least once a week.  Mom doesn't get out of the house much, so this is good ( Read more... )

Got home at 7 p.m. today from Olean, New York, which is about two hours south of Buffalo.  Left there at 8 a.m., so you all can do the math.  Goodness, I'm exhausted.  Riding in a car that long can be exhausting.

Had a good trip, but I do wish there were real portkeys or transporter beams.  That would be a good thing.
