COLLAB ROUND: CULTURE SHOCK
New space, new rules
Hi shippers! Welcome to the very exciting and super special COLLAB ROUND post.
The prompt here is ‘culture shock,’ which you can interpret more or less any way you like. If you are unsure whether something counts or not, just ask!
To quote from the info post:
The final round is the collaborative round! IDEALLY 'collaborative' means that everyone on the team pitches in in some way, whether by brainstorming or organizing or creating content. Really though, we understand folks are busy! So as long as at least three people pitch in and it involves at least two mediums (for example, a fic and a fanmix), it counts as valid for this round.
This round is also different because only one entry per team gets created! Basically it should be a wonderland extravaganza of teamwork and togetherness.
All elements of this submission must be created new for this round.
This challenge will run until 11:59PM EST September 24. (the link says '11:55' because it only goes in 5-minute increments) If your Palhoncho sends it in after that time according to the gmail timestamp, we cannot guarantee that your submission will be posted in a timely manner.
Suggested Schedule
We will be checking in with Palhonchos at a few different points over the next couple months to make sure you’re all on track.
Generally speaking, you should at least brainstorm a little over the next 2-3 weeks. By the end of August, your team should have some idea of who’s contributing, who’s doing what.
If you don’t know what you’re doing and haven’t really started a week into September, you might want to talk to us.
Honestly though, everyone’s been really pro-active and on-the-ball (especially the Palhonchos!) so we aren’t too worried that every single team will do a fabulous job.
Requirements
As we mentioned in our email to the Palhonchos, the minimum is 4000 words and 2 relevant images, plus any other material you wish to include. Note that we are prepared to be very flexible with this! Just have your Palhoncho contact us and we’ll work something out.

All submissions should be emailed to homestuck.shipping AT gmail DOT com. Text submissions may be included in the body of the email; art and other things should be sent as attachments. If you would like to host things elsewhere for us to access, you can certainly do that as well.
The subject line of the email should read:

Creators will not be revealed until after voting closes.
We will begin posting each submission as soon as we process them, in the order they were received. When all on-time submissions have been posted, we will put up a voting poll.
