Some work happened last Saturday, when our regular building guy came (with a young helper) to clean up after the concrete pouring the evening before. It took maybe an hour, and A showed the smol around the garden while the work was done.
The underfloor insulation was laid on Monday.
On Tuesday the plumber arrived and began laying the underfloor heating pipes.
On Wednesday they were connected up to the main plumbing heating system, and the old radiators were removed. On Wednesday afternoon some work was done to determine the level for the floor screed. On Thursday afternoon that was poured.
The process was made a little more complicated by it being the day one house two doors down changed hands, so as well as the concrete lorry there were several removal vans coming and going.
At some point overnight, presumably because of the extreme humidity, the power circuit for the living room tripped, and tripped the power RCD in the process. When I woke up a bit before 6am I discovered quite a bit not working. Luckily it didn't take much to bring things back to life, but I've left the offending circuit off.
This morning the edges were tidied, and now it's being left to cure for the weekend.
