(no subject)
Things are pretty retarded over here. I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth extracted again but AS I EXPECTED, they sent me home. They gave me a Valium, waited an hour (didn't do anything), put clamps on my wrists, a tournaquet on my arm, an oxygen tube around my face, put an oxygen meter on my finger and i though, "finally". They go to stick the IV in my arm and they couldn't get the vain on my left arm. They go to the right arm and couldn't get it there either. So ... whats the verdict? I have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks so that i can go to Kaiser and get it done there. Thats fucking retard. I came home and cried. I've had to wait 7 weeks to get these goddamn things out and my incapable doctor couldn't find my fucking vains. so now i have sore/bruised arms and a distaste for doctors named Richard Hom. Bite me. 3 more weeks! thats incredible!
cj's work is doing well. he's been getting money in and even has a cell phone! he spoils me rotten by buying me tons of things. he even paid for my phone bill. he's amazing.
I did inventory today. I worked 8am to 12pm and scanned all the new releases. David added me to the schedule today because he didn't think he had enough coverage. I said okay. I came in today and he handed nicole a scanner and me a scanner. Bridget scanned some items as well but nicole and I did the majority of it. What did David do? Nothing. He got paid X amount of money an hour *manager's pay* to stand around core and look around texting debi. I was livid. Bridget kept asking me what was wrong and finally i said "because I'm getting paid 7.75 an hour to do 2 times the work that any of the managers here are doing. I did not come here to see someone like David get paid more than I will ever get paid by Hollywood Video for just walking through the core". So naturally, i'm still kinda sore about the situation.
ANYWAY: i gotta go, CJ's guilting me for being on the computer too long.
