40 days and 40 nights
This rain has not stopped all night. It even woke me up once with a startle. Our patio table is blown over and the yard is flooded. There is one huge puddle in the middle of the yard and it seems to be apart of the pond.
It seems strange that the weather can be so harsh at times but it is also strange to think that something so harsh can be cleansing. It has come at the time of New Years. Hopefully this will be the start of what we all need to be doing.
I also seem to have another bug in me. I was sick the entire week I was off and now my throat is swollen. At least I do not have a temp. anymore. =)
