Hey :)
I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. Personally, while my weekend was relaxing, I feel like I've failed... Meaning the work I needed to get done, mostly for school (readings and fun stuff lke that) didn't get done. However I have been working on this Comm; which, clearly fandom is more important anyway, right?
Okay, first thing: I want to thank everyone that commented on the last post (about Creature!fics). You guys were super helpful! So you guys get imaginary double-chocolate chip cookies :D
I also want say that while I'm super grateful to everyone who commented, I won't be able to answer everyone's messages individually. I can (theoretically, at least once classes become a little more demanding) only devote periods of time for this Comm during the weekend, and I'll be working on the Masterlist and posting a new theme then. So I want to say a big thank you to you all right now. Hopefully within the next few weeks, I'll be able to think of something more adequate for everyone who is helping this community take off with all your helpful comments :) But until then, Thank You! (That being said, if you have a question or concern, I will make time to answer it.)
One last thing: I'm starting to plan the themes for the next couple of weeks, and I have another question for you all. Unusual Careers / Jobs came up more than a few times, and I was wondering what would be considered 'usual jobs'. So far, I have Aurors, Healers, and Professors, but I know there must be more. So if you could help me with a list for common careers, that would be more than lovely :)
...Okay, so I lied. This is going to be the last thing for this post. Today is January 11th, which means that in about five days, this Comm is going to be open for action. I've already chosen the first week's theme (and no, I'm not telling anyone *grins*), and as I said before, I'm starting to plan the next bunch of themes. I just wanted to say that if this week's theme isn't your cup of tea, I hope you come back next week, and maybe we'll have something for you then. I know I can't please everyone, but I am trying my best.
