Breakthrough!

So, I was asleep. And I was dreaming that I was a Professor at Hogwarts. IT WAS AWESOME. I was an Arithmancy Professor, Muggle-born, and I was introducing not entirely normal Arithmancy. Apparently, I was famous for having discovered that the simple laws of Physics applied aptly to the Arithmantic field.

IE, Magic travels at the same rate as light, hence why we see light at the same time that we feel the effects of a spell. It travels at c = 3 X 10^8 meters per sec, ie, just like E=mc^2. THE ENERGY IN MAGIC IS THE SAME AS THE FREAKIN' SUN!

Which branches me out into other portions of magical science. Is magic particle? Wave? Is it similar to electromagnetic waves (ie, light, visible light, does it have a frequency at which it vibrates (evidence for this found in twin wands, ie Volde's and Harry's wands???).

I'm freakin' out. This is an area of magic-oriented fantasy not yet pinpointed. I-It's like we've been focusing on the ancient methods of balance in the elements like Aristotle and such, and suddenly my eyes went WHOOSH and said, no, that's not right, it's ancient, like the whole wizarding world, you've gotta think a bit more modern.

*sits back in awe*

.... Now what can I do with this?

.... Going back to sleep first would be nice. Night, ya'll.

Gods, I love good dreams. =)

dream, science, magic religion
