For the love of Summer
Do you know I love best about summer? Grilling!!!!! We have had three fabulous dinners in a row!
Friday night Rich picked up Portabella stuffed Steaks from Costco. Three of them for only $11. I made mashed potatoes and steamed some green beans. It was yummy.
Saturday was a family day at the zoo. We grabbed some Subway and headed down. When we got home we grilled up some Yummy chicken fajitas! I love fajitas!!!!
Today we just relaxed around the house, Rich didn't feel good. Then tonight we had BBQ chicken and grilled cheesy potatoes. At least the hubby ( ;) ) will be well feed before I go.
Tomorrow I head to CA for a few days. I will be home Wednesday afternoon.
Today Allie and Garrett spent some time in the kiddie pool. Allie didn't like it as much I thought she would, but I think it was too cold. Garrett had a ball. He loved playing with the hose.
Oh, for my trip, I have 3 movies loaded into my video iPod. I am realy excited!! I also have book 5 of the Harry Potter series. I am hoping to read it before the movies comes out. However, I forgot how long it is. I might not have time. Especially with the new book coming out. Oh well, I will try and make time
