So excited!!
Monday morning, at the rocking time of 6:30 I get to hop a plan for Denver and the California. Normally this isn't over exciting however, I have a 2 hour lay over in Denver. Again, not exciting. So I emailed my oldest friend in the world, Scott. You see he moved out there last year kind of on a whim. So I asked him if the airport was nice, told him of my lay over yaddie yaddie yaddie. Well he is going to come out and meet me for breakfast!!! I can't wait! I haven't seen him in over a year. The last time I saw him I was about 3 months pregnant w/ Allie. Scott and I have been friends since kindergarten.
Tonight was pretty out. A little windy, but other then that perfect. After dinner Garrett and I went on a bike ride/walk. Then we played some baseball, play w/ chalk and then topped it off with basketball. He is now relaxing watching Cars, of course.
Allie keeps getting quicker and quicker. Before dinner I was standing at te couch, folding clothes when she crawled over by the front door. About 20 second later (I am not lying here) I went to look in on her and OMG! she was sitting on the bottom step of the stairs that go upstairs. Worried she was going to tip over and hit her head on the hard wood floors I yelled "Allison" she put her arms out and fell down, landed on her belly, looked around and took off. I totally thought she was going to cry, but she didn't. Tonight she had mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner, she loved it!
Tomorrow the four of us are heading back to Binder Park Zoo. Orginally just Garrett and I were going w/ Kipp and her grandson, but they had to cancel. So now the 4 of us are going. Garrett is excited to feed the giraffes again.
Well that is about it. We are looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
