My God, what is going on?!

I have not updated in a while... I'm completely "fatootzed" with what has been going on. Completely and utterly fatootzed (I like to pretend I'm Jewish sometimes).

Where shall I begin?

For starters, I got a cell phone again. Finally! Yay! I decided my days of being anti-cellular was boring and I really needed one... especially since I drive alongside psychotics on the highway.

Work. Where do I begin with that?? I think drama tends to find me.. even if I think I am burrowed under a rock, drama finds me. Ugh. To find an easy place to begin, my workplace, Ethan Allen, has a future that is uncertain. I work for an indepedantly owned franchise of Ethan Allen. You can consider us to be an under-performing store. We're right dab in the middle of other furniture stores that offer cheaper items for immediate delivery. We are not your ordinary furniture store. Not at all. Anyways. We're family owned. The family that operates my store has been feuding recently.. hardcore. Today, we found our sales manager's office completely empty. She is the daughter of the owner of our store. She just quit. She emptied her office last night after we closed and just left. We're not sure what is going to happen. Not at all. Tomorrow will be interesting to say the least. Meanwhile, one of my coworkers and friend is leaving next week for another job... and I am giving my two weeks tomorrow out of fear that the store will be closing. We're afraid to even take on more customers and orders... we're just not sure what is going on.

So now I am going on a jobhunt. Tomorrow I hope to have some phone calls made to my cell... and me making phone calls to prospective employers. This is too surreal for me right now, but I am remaining very very calm.

Other than that, I am optimistic things will be fine. I am at a rather stable state as of now... whereas, last year this time, I was a wreck. At the lowest of my life ever... I will rebound this time around. Definitly.

Other than that, everything else is fine. Roommates are good. House is good. Life is fairly good...and all too interesting to remain boring!
