At work...
It has been a while since I last posted. Nothing much has really changed. My work schedule is near the end of the busy season. Come the end of October, I will actually have days off. Thank goodness. I am taking Sunday off to go home and see the family. My hometown has an apple harvest festival (www.appleharvestfestival.com) and the parade is Sunday. Though I hear it is to rain (go figure), but nonetheless, I will still go home and get my apple fritters!
I am in the midst of a cold, although, I can breathe out of my nose currently (thank god) and I am not nearly as stuffed up. I am feeling much much better. I had some chamamille tea earlier and I think I will have another cup. I have been sneezing lately but that's perpaps dust-related. We're expecting a new collection to arrive tomorrow into our store, so my task for today was to clear the way for the new pieces. I did just that. I have some minor cleaning to do, but otherwise, my work here is done. I did move a massive barrister bookcase earlier... it had to have weighed about 100 lbs. or so, but I was able to lift it onto the moving disks and into its new home. I'm buff. It has been dead here also. Very dead. I'm content because I had things I needed to do. Friday will be fun, putting things away, etc.
Other than that, I think that is pretty much it. I am going home after work and crashing. Hopefully my new movie arrives today.. Tomorrow I am giving a walking tour on Bellevue Avenue in Newport.. then heading over to the Breakers until 5. And it's suppose to be nice out (yay!).
