hp_prisonerfest is returning for in 2013 for its fourth round! Your mods this round are scarletladyy and pretty_panther, and the timeline is as follows:

Sign Ups: 1st March - 25th March
Assignments Sent Out By: 1st April
Submissions Due: 1st July
Posting Starts: 14th July

Yes, hp_prisonerfest WILL be back for 2010! It will be run by myself and little_dollface, as per last year, and will also run on the same timeline as last year.
