I think I might have mentioned wanting to get Hermione's Cable and Bobble Hat pattern off of Atypically.knit. Well I did and here's the result of me knitting off and on on it for about a month.

Yes! I love this pattern, though I did kind of mess up...

I used Red Heart Soft Yarn and it REALLY is soft.

I made two Hermione hats in that (white and purple, for charity). It is really soft. But it split like crazy, and irritated my skin after prolonged use. I have unnaturally sensitive skin, though.

Well, I just began knitting in November and I completely understand the cabling and the pattern. I'm also assuming that I'm one of the youngest people in this community, so... yeah. It's fairly simple and a really good first-time-cabling pattern (this is the first project I used for cabling).

I'd say intermidiate-beginner.

I can almost guarentee that it will go great. And even if it doesn't, knitting's all about whether you like what you made or not, right?
