Need help choosing a skirt and blouse
I am having the most surprisingly difficult time finding a suitable blouse for my outfit. I want a short-sleeved blouse, and I'll be darned, collar blouses don't seem to be as popular as they were a few years ago. I've run across some on sites like Macys, but I am NOT paying $70-150 for a blouse. The only really suitable two I've found thus far include this one and this one. Both might be a little big for my bust (mine is 32-33"), but then again, these shouldn't be worn very tight, correct? As they're technically part of a school uniform... Thoughts?
I'm also having a little trouble picking out a skirt, and was wondering if people here could share their opinions. So far, the skirts I'm considering include:
Number 1.
Number 2.
Number 3.
Number 4.
Number 5.
Number 6.
I'm partial to the pleated style skirts myself, and since I'm just going as a generic Slytherin student rather than, say, Hermione, I don't need an exact replica of a skirt she wore in one of the movies. The style of skirt she wore seemed to change from year to year, anyway. Just like how in some years she wore knee high socks, and other years tights. Personally I think I'll be buying over the knee/thigh high socks if I can find a suitable pair, most likely at Sock Dreams.
I will be buying a Lochaven sweater, so I'll need a grey skirt that matches well. For skirts such as number 5, you can actually choose from a variety of colors, and they offer a few different shades of grey.
Recommendations for mary jane shoes (Hermione's seem to have the slightest heel on them) are welcome as well! XD
