Well, there we go...
Everyone thinks I'm nuts at work.
Because I told them about my shopping adventure from Monday.
I swear....none of them have the spirit of the crafter finding a good deal.
I mean, I know the thrill of the hunt is like CRACK for me....but that's why I work in libraries. That's essentially my job. I FIND stuff for people all day....books, movies, magazines, audio books, history, fiction, non-fiction, religion, science, obituaries of long dead relatives, and whatever else you can think of...
And these people I work with, have that same interest (well, most of them do)...but GEEEEEEZZZZZZ...tell them you go out in a snowstorm for fabric...and you're Nutso McScrewloose.
*shakes head*
No crafts for them then. *makes out Royal Decree*
This weekend, I should consider doing some cleaning up in my rooms...get stuff put away and the like.
OOoooh...today? One of my friends, who I haven't seen in AGES, was texting with me today, and she mentioned seeing the pics of my AYW blocks on FB, and she wants to learn how to do it!!! *flails* It would be awesome if she really got interested in it, because I would LOVE having at least ONE local friend who would understand where I'm coming from with this....
Also? Am off this weekend, so plan to work ahead some more on AYW...and maybe start building my top....
