A drop of wet paint fell from the ceiling and onto Luna’s cheek. She absently wiped it with the back of her hand, smearing blue everywhere, as she studied her progress.
Not bad. She would have to do something about Neville’s strange resemblance to a Snorkack, though. It would certainly be embarrassing if Neville came by and assumed that was how Luna saw him. Fortunately, she didn’t have the type of friends who were likely to visit, so there was much less pressure.
She lay back on her bed with her wand, lazily scripting golden words around the half-completed figures.
