He was the most incredible person in the world to her. He was kind, funny, generous, and always made her feel safe and loved.
It didn't matter how busy he was at work, because every evening he would read her a story from one of her many books. He would sometimes recount tales from his time at Hogwarts, stories of trolls, spiders and giants!
He made different shaped, multicoloured bubbles float from his wand and fly around her room, popping when she poked them with her small fingers, giggling the entire time.
Yes, it was true. Rose loved her daddy.

Remus didn't look up from his homework and continued to read a passage on turning teacups into mice. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Padfoot rolling around on his bed, whining like a dog who wanted its stomach scratched.
Transforming back, Sirius replied with a cheeky grin, "But I am cute!"
"That may be," Remus said, "But it doesn't get my homework done."
Sirius grabbed the book and tossed it casually on the floor. "You work too hard," he said, kissing Remus, who had started the homework early anyway.
