A week before Easter, Luna passed Ron in the halls, sporting Easter Egg earrings, and Ron just had to comment.
“Very festive, Luna,” he said.
“Oh, wow, thank you, Ronald,” she said dreamily, “I just love Easter. And the eggs! Oh, how I love the chocolate. Do you know the history? A cross-breed between a four-toed dog and a bunny gave birth to a beautiful duck…which laid the most precious blue, pink, and purple eggs, and inside was chocolate. Beautiful, so beautiful.”
Ron, who had never liked Easter, smiled at Luna and thought, maybe Easter wasn’t so bad after all.
