She had changed into her dueling outfit, knowing full well that the gauzy attire she had on only a few moments ago would have ripped apart with a good sneeze.
How dare they take away this joyous moment? She wanted to flood her mind with good memories lest the War exact too much from her, and now…
She tamped down the hate and anger swirling inside her and focused on that person that she was more than willing to die for.
Bill would finally see her fighting for them.

The weather ominously predicted the outcome of this battle. Thunder had rumbled loudly, like the battle drums of kings and lords of yore. Lightning flashed all around them, illuminating the chilling expressions of the warriors on the field.
This was the deciding moment, and the fulfillment of the prophecy. Soon, the fortunes of one side would shift, in favor of the other.
Curses lit the dark sky and bodies dropped to the ground one by one.
In the end, there were two.
The young man cast the Killing Curse. And then saw nothing.
He had finally defeated Voldemort, in dying.
