The members of the Order tried to find the simple pleasures in life.
What the future would hold
Many of them married just because of the war, and out of fear for the survival of the next generation.

Hermione walked in behind her, “What on Earth?” She moved to watch them.
“They’ve been singing it since they watched that Muggle movie ‘Twister’. Don’t know how they got it.”
Hermione turned slightly pink, “That was my fault, sorry.”
“O-K-L-A-H-O-M-A! Oklahoma!” The twins sang together with large grins on their faces.
Molly looked over to Hermione, “Make sure the next time you loan them a movie it doesn’t have any singing in it.”

The glass of wine dared to hit the floor, as he held it in his limp hand. Severus was teetering on the edge of drunk, and didn’t give a damn. He was drunk enough to let go of his pain.
Memories flooded him like rain on flat ground as he took another sip. Her eyes, lips, and scent washed over him as he lowered the glass.
“Damnit!” He cursed and threw the glass across the room.
Severus didn’t dare move to clean it up. If he stood up he would surely fall. All he wanted to do tonight was cry.

Sirius gave her a cocky grin, “Oh but you love it, and you know it.”
She bristled, “Do not! You arrogant git!” She poked him in the chest roughly, “You think every whisper, every giggle, every damn thing a girl does around you is always about you. Well I’ve got news for you! It bloody isn’t!”
Sirius quirked a brow at her before smirking, “So I’m arrogant and vain.” Quickly he reached over and dipped her down into a deep kiss.
The smack to his cheek was completely expected though.
