It’s just like riding a broom, he reminded himself. Nothing to it.
No reason for him to be nervous.
He fought to maintain his balance as they took their positions.
Stand still. Don’t fidget.
He felt a tick developing in his right eye and felt the world around him begin to spin.
And so it ends.
And then, he was flying. So simple. He marveled at his accomplishment.
Until he tripped over his own feet-nearly bringing Parvati down with him.
Harry heard laughter to his right as a past taunt echoed in his mind.
