Author's Notes: This idea's been bouncing around in my head for ages. It took me forever to get it down to 100 words, but hopefully, it makes sense.
“Who drew the draperies? Such a lovely day…”
At the sound of Mrs. Weasley’s voice, Harry broke away and hunkered down on the divan.
“What - “
“Shhh,” Ginny hissed. “Stay still, and hope for a distraction.”
Harry cringed, but obligingly remained silent as Mrs. Weasley crossed to the window.
She threw back the tattered curtain…
…and shrieked like a banshee as she was knocked flat by a lanky form, falling from behind the draperies.
Harry, disheveled, peered over the sofa.
At that moment, all he could think of to say to the sudden reapparance of Sirius Black was, “Thanks, mate.”
