Title: The Winner Takes It All
Author: animimares
Challenge: Party
House: Slytherin
Pairing: Unnamed they, written with Harry/Draco in mind
Rating: R
Word Count: 100
Author’s Notes: I love this way of writing, short and without capitals at all.Inspired by ABBAs "The Winner Takes It All" and can be read as a prequel/sequel to "The Loser's Standing Small". Can also stand alone.
_____

they should be partying, they should be toasting to their victory and the fact that they are the survivors. instead they lie like this, (close oh so close - chests touching, the beating of their hearts in duet, reminding them that they are not dead but alive) hands following the outline of an arm and cupping an erection. they kiss to inhale the breath of love and life and everything not gone. they do this not because they could be dead tomorrow, but because they have just been handed the possibility of being eternal. this is all the celebration they need.

Challenge: Party
House: Slytherin
Pairing: Harry/Draco
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 100
Author’s Notes: Can be read as a prequel/sequel to “The Winner Takes It All”, but can also stand alone. Same way of writing; no capitals.
_____

they celebrate that they are not yet dead. the winner takes it all; they are the losers. voldemort has not killed them off yet only because he is a psychopath who wants his toys to tremble with fear when they are brought before him. harry gasps and shudders and moans as draco (the traitor) kisses a trail down his neck, hands supportive in the only way they can by digging in fingertips and through the pain remind harry he has one night more to live. their love ceased to be, but they make love anyway, their heartbeats counting the seconds.
