Title: Pangs

‘Son…I’m proud of you. Remember that. And I’m glad you’ve chosen the right thing. Consider being a Death Eater as… as a sign of being better, as a sign of perfection.’

Wasn’t it a mistake? A terrible in consequences fallacy?

If he hadn’t become a Death Eater, he would be alive today… I wouldn’t loose a son… What did he shout then? In the very moment of his death, when Voldemort used him to shield himself from Potter’s spell? Yes… I remember now…

‘Help him… dad…’

Maybe I should’ve paid more attention to him… Now both are dead. I couldn’t…

Title: Care

We never cared.

We never noticed your pain.

We never cared.

We never thought it was all about you; we were blind, sure that all that happened was an affront to the family.

We never cared.

We never knew you Draco, it occurs now.

We never cared.

We never wanted to understand what was happening to you, and that was connected to Potter’s death.

We never cared.

We never tried to help you; your problem was ours, we just didn’t see it in the right moment.

We never cared.

We never showed you we loved you. 'Rest in peace, son...'
