Dear journal,
That's right. I feel like speaking directly to my journal. Am I a dork? Yes.
So, anyway, time for a little update.
Basically, my weekend was filled with strange sleeping patterns.
Saturday was my roadtrip day, but it didn't really work out the way that I had planned. Althought, I did travel to Ft Wayne, by myself. I now have my copy of the platinum edition Peter Pan DVD. It's pretty sweet. Unfortunately, I have yet to watch it. Oh, and I bought a new sweatshirtthingy, a new Phil Collins album (well, technically, it is only a single...but it's "Take Me Home," one of my all-tme favorite Phil Collins songs, and it has this really cool "extended version" of the song....$3.49, what a steal!), and I finally bought a new copy of the Daphne Loves Derby album. My origninal copy was messed up, and wouldn't work right. The rest of my Saturday afternoon was filled with scattered naps, junk food, and girly movies.
My Sunday started out bad. Well, not really bad, but inconvenient. See, I was rushing around trying to get ready for church, and I left a little late. Halfway to Montpelier, I realized that I had forgotten my cell phone. Typically, my cell phone isn't that necessary, meaning, I can live without it. However, on Sundays, I need it, so that kids can call me for rides to Youth Group, So, I was forced to turn around, drive back to Muncie, and then drive to Montpelier. It was irritating. In a big way. We had a baptism at church, and a few kids from my youth group were baptised, and became members of the church. I won't lie, I felt a certain amount of pride when they stood up there and proclaimed their faith in front of the entire church. It was really cool. Oh, and we had so many people in church today. Generally, our attendance fluxuates between 40-50 people. We had a lot more today. I really don't know exactly how many, but a lot of the pews were full. I love it when that happens. After church, Chad and I stayed and played music for awhile. We've been working on writing new songs, and it's been a lot of fun.
Then came my nap.
I slept from noonish until 5:00.
My Sunday afternoon naps *happy sigh*
I love them.
Youth group was fun, but we only had 10 kids. I kind of expected a low attendance, since a lot of kids are on Spring Break, and out of town. We still had fun though, and I made 5 copies of the Daphne Loves Derby album. You see, DLD is the band of the week : ]
890 days.
I have a handful of pictures to post on here.
But that is a task for tomorrrow.
My eyes are tired & I'm ready to dreamwithyou.
*happysighs*
Goodnight.

P.S. Friday=6months!
