25 weeks
Head to heels, your baby now measures about 13 1/2 inches. His weight - a pound and a half - doesn't sound like much, but he's beginning to exchange his long, lean look for some baby fat. As he does, his wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and he'll start to look more and more like a newborn. His hair is probably recognizable now (in color and texture), although both may change after he's born.

jacobs mom came up this weekend. it was really nice. i missed her. so we showed her around town and had a good ol time. we stopped at a yard sale and got soooo lucky. we got a bunch of super cute baby clothes 50 cents a piece. the lady was really nice and pretty hip. she gave me a lot of good advice. mostly about clothe diapers. hehehhe. anyway, mother theresa is going back today. and i'm back at work.
baby keeps kicking. but now seems to enjoy kicking my ribs. it really really hurts. little brat. and i've noticed baby kicks when jacob plays music. especially when he sings. baby recognizes daddy right away. its soooo cute. (((sigh))) what a wonderful life.....
