Today I've been feeling pretty shite, my neck has been sore and the tension has been creeping up towards my temples.  Went to the chiro at lunchtime and I have to make sure to stretch before I go to sleep.  I've lost my bottle of ibuprofen around here somewhere... need to have a look and get a good nights rest.

Had a "goal setting" meeting at work yesterday *YAWN*...had to settled into my christmas list making to stay awake....oh yes... its that time of year again.  I have a couple of my zombie dolls that I have made, but I've been trying to think of a few other crafty things that I can get done for my friends.
