(no subject)
Well this was a rather fun and productive weekend :)
Stayed with Amanda Friday night, and we made some awesome stuffed shells and then just kinda hung out. It was nice.
Went to Tampa Saturday to get the rest of my stuff, and Russ came to help. Sunday morning we went to Busch Gardens with Sam...which reminds me, I need to cancel my pass.... We had a great time for a few hours, and ended up having torrential rain dumped on us, but I think it was kinda fun :)
Unfortunately, we didn't get out of there 'til pretty late, and got back to Ft. Myers around 12:30? I think.
But now I have the rest of my stuff, and I can start to set up my room to be less boring and cluttered :)
Ugh...I need to go to the grocery store, there is no food in the house.
My mother's friend from West Palm is coming to visit for a couple days and will be arriving this afternoon, which means I need to find things to do, because although she's a great lady and I like her a lot, being in the same house with her and my mother for more than a couple hours is a bit more than I can take.
I am going to paint today, I think. I haven't in over a year, and that makes me sad. I think it makes my paints sad too...
And I really really like the smell of old books.
